OIL IN TURKANA,KENYA

This is a new dawn for Kenyans as they discovered oil in Turkana province recently.Turkana lies in the vast dry areas in the Rift Valley province. This place is worse hit by drought and many other calamities including death of both animals and humans due to hunger.Oil is one of the products that really contributes to the country's economic sector in terms of increased income from its sale. The discovery by the British company will really have a positive impact to Kenyans as it continues to add up its mineral production in Africa. The oil has been found in an area known as Ngamia. The discovery has come after a long time search for oil resources in the country and more so in the north eastern province, eastern and the rift valley province. As said, more research is being carried out to ascertain that the oil is enough to guarantee investment by interested parties. Its the expectation of almost every kenyan that the product will be of great benefit to the country and also bring positive growth in the country's economy.God bless Kenya.

THREE LITTLE WORDS

I came across two students in the school compound who were seriously arguing.I didn't know the reason for their argument but I had to intervene because one of the students was my close friend.I didn't interrupt them directly but i stood a distance from their position and listened to their discussion.I was attentive enough to grasp every word and know their problem. There before they were friends but  I don't know what had not happened today. After a little while I had known the whole thing. One of the student was accusing the other of something that had been done by a group of other students who were not present. He accused the student without exactly knowing that the accused had not been involved in the plan in the real sense. After a discussion for about ten minutes I decided to end the crap.I thought of something to tell them but no good idea came into my thinking.Oh! "Three little words" I had thought of before knocked at brain and i had to allow them to take control of the situation. But the question is which are these three words?.Some words are little but very powerful into our lifes."Three little words" can be "ALL IS WELL","I LOVE YOU","GOD BLESS YOU","PLEASE FORGIVE ME","THANK-YOU VERY MUCH".The question is which of the above best suits this discussion?I prefer ALL IS WELL.Give your answer. Thanks

"KENYANS FOR KENYA" INITIATIVE-A STEP FOR MANKIND

Climatic change in the region has lead to change of the seasons. There has been scarcity of rainfall in the area for a long time leading to some places experiencing drought. The regions where rainfal was adequate has also reduced leading to no mass production of food to feed the people. For the last one year some places have not had rainfal and these areas are so affected. The people living in these regions are endangered by the harsh conditions of lack of food.Food is a basic commodity that a human being must have for survival.

The malnutrition rate in places like the worst area in Kenya, which is North Turkana, is getting to past 38 percent. At 15 percent threshold already one is in the danger line. It is an acute malnourished situation out there and something urgently has to be done.To assist in this situation Kenyans came up with a plan to contribute for the affected people. This plan became a national concern and Kenyans were ready for that. This initiative has been given the name "KENYANS FOR KENYA" meaning fellow kenyans to support their people in Kenya. This iniative has led to great contribution from the people.Being able to raise more than 100 million shillings in one week show how Kenyans are united and have a sense of brotherhood in them. This amount of money will be used to purchase food for the people affected and will help save life of many Kenyans.

PRIMARY SCHOOLS HEADS

Only teachers with a university degree will be appointed to head primary schools, according to the new rule.
This  rule will also affect appointment of officers to the Teachers Advisory Centres and District Centres for Early Childhood Education. The TSC boss advised teachers in administrative positions to pursue further studies to improve their academic status and job prospects. “This will ensure that they remain relevant and competitive,” he said. The boss also stopped education officers from deploying primary school teachers who acquire higher qualifications to secondary schools. The TSC boss, outlined in a circular to provincial and district education officers that all new primary school head teachers will have to be on Job Group K, the entry grade for graduate teachers. The TSC boss advised teachers in administrative positions to pursue further studies to improve their academic status and job prospects. This will ensure improvements in the primary education of our youngsters in Primary schools.A student must acquire the right knowledge in primary school so that they can cope up well with the education in secondary schools.Let our education system be a ladder towards good education in the country for the growth of the society.

GEOMATIC ENGINEERING

Geomatic Engineering, or Geospatial Engineering is a rapidly developing discipline that focuses on spatial information (i.e. information that has a location on earth). The location is the primary factor used to integrate a very wide range of data for viewing and analysis. Geomatics engineers apply engineering principles to spatial information and implement relational data structures involving measurement sciences, thus using geomatics and acting as spatial information engineers. Geomatics engineers manage local, regional, national and global spatial data infrastructures. The combination of  Geomatic Engineering  and Geopatial Information has enabled the Engineers to explore a lot of the Earths existing resources and also outside the Earths atmosphere into other planets such as Mars and Jupiter.

THE CONGO GOLD

There came a time when business was so good in Congo as gold became abundant and had to be exported to other countries via some crude way.In the process the gold caught up stuck in people's hands and was reported to be lost or stolen. The Kenyan government was blamed for the loss of the gold and this led to chaos in the country. The police force tried to arrest the suspected robbers but to no avail.Recently improvements have been reported as three people have been arrested leading to the allegations. This is a great step in the Kenyan forces.Jean Claude Mundeke Kambamba aka General, Ruphin Kazadi Elumba and Jean Claude Kanza Dyansangu, were arrested around 1am on Wednesday in Kawangware and police accuse them of being part of a group linked to the smuggling of 2.5 tonnes of gold with an estimated value of Sh8 billion or US $113 million, allegedly brought into the country from Democratic Republic of Congo.Senior Assistant Commissioner Joseph Kiptarus from Kenya Revenue Authority was given the task of establishing how gold from DRC is smuggled through Kenya to overseas markets, only to be shot dead in February by unknown people while carrying out investigations.

Congo’s Ministry of Mines estimates that 80 per cent of the country’s gold exports are smuggled. Congo has been trying to cut links between mineral smuggling and armed groups in the east of the country.

MIRACLE DRINK - TANZANIA

When it comes to diseases, everyone takes this matter very serious. Some people can do anything just to be cured of their diseases. There are many diseases that do not have a cure in this world, only the preventive measures are available.A 76-year-old Ambikile Mwasapile, has discovered a miracle cure for all types of diseases. This is a man from Arusha,Northern Tanzania. He was  a Lutheran pastor and is providing this cure to everyone willing to receive it.Many people have entered Tanzania just to go and witness this and others to receive the cure. The visitors have been so many until the Tanzanian government has planned to halt the entrance of people to the country. There are long queues of vehicles, motorcycles and bicycles blocking the roads preventing the residents from conducting their economic activities in peace. There is rough terrain in that area and so many vehicles are stuck in some places. The question is "What is the composition of this cure that is able to bring all illnesses to an end?"

FUEL PRICES RISE IN KENYA

In kenya fuel prices are now regulated by the government. There is a rise in fuel prices for the past two weeks due to the demand by the oil companies to rise the prices by sh7 in one week. They first increased the prices by sh5 and then before the end of the week they wanted to increase another sh2.

There are about 55,000 tonnes of expensive oil that had been bought ealier. This oil should be realesed to the market soon otherwise the prices will even rise  more. The energy ministry has to coordinate the tender system offered to all oil companies in the best way possible to end this menace. There is incompetence working here and the government should realise that it is the mother of the Kenyan people.

Born a genius

Everyone in this world think in a different perspective. The way we approach thing in this world shows your thinking perspective and the brain capacity to take things.A genius mind works in a certain way different from the normal man's mind. They have certain mastered principles that their minds use to tackle things. There are some people we see doing some things and we wonder how they are capable of performing the tasks under normal circumstances.A genius has an inborn power to conquer problems they encounter. Its so difficult to train yourself to be a genius.Their IQ can reach 11% to carry out their tasks. They have very high power of approaching world impressions. The many inventions we hear of are by these geniuses.Their mind run at an unexpected speed in terms of thinking. That is why its not advised to highly argue with a genius. They can do something unexpected to you.

Kenyan politics

Kenya has been one of the uprising country in Africa in terms of economic growth rate. The thing that has been a slight blockage towards great development is the political environment prevailing in the country at the moment.Politicians are up fighting for their popularity among the citizens for the 2012 presidency elections.Throwing words to each other has been the talk of the day. These politicians should realize that they mean a lot to the prosperity of the country at large.Selfish desires have been their directives in their ruling. Why can't they stop these self blame games and unite to uplift the country even higher. As citizens we should unite together and fight discrimination and end impunity.God bless Kenya towards economic excellence  in the diaspora.
